A Christmas Carol 2011

This last December, Powerful Huntress Productions brought an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol to Miami, free to audiences. Written by Erika, this version of A Christmas Carol featured 3 actors playing every role in the traditional 5 acts. The show ran for 3 weeks at a local Starbucks and Lutheran Church.

Musicals

Erika majored in Musical Theater at New World School of the Arts in Miami, FL. She has also appeared a variety of musicals in other venues. Erika portrayed “Ulla” and choreographed a couple numbers for Miami Acting Company’s performance of “The Producers,” directed by Debra Ginsberg. Performances took place in Key Largo, FL.

Paint! at Actor’s Playhouse

Erika started teaching preschool classes at Actor’s Playhouse on Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, FL in 2008. While she was there she was given the amazing chance to perform Robin Seidman and Spencer G. Stephens’ original musical Paint! all about Marc Chagall’s background and how he became an internationally important artist. A Chorus Line

After graduation Erika auditioned for a company called Miami Acting Company. Her first starring role in a musical was as “Cassie” in A Chorus Line.

Foodplay

Erika attended New World School of the Arts high school in Miami, FL. She performed with the legendary “New World Connection.”

Barnum the Musical

Erika attended New World School of the Arts for high school. Senior year she was in Barnum the Musical, directed by the well renown Ron Headrick.

French Woods Festival

While in high school Erika attended French Woods Festival in Hancock, NY.
